I Had Computer Issues, but I did GET R DONE FRIDAY!

Welcome to this week's 'GET R DONE FRIDAY'!
My computer has issues this week, so bear with me - I could not post a picture or even copy and paste! Mr. Linky is up and running, and I'm finally able to load a couple of pictures. Our internet provider said that about 1300 people were waiting in the 'hold mode' - they got lost in the system when their service had been interrupted! Modern technology - isn't it amazing?

Mr. Wonderful has done a fine job with the flooring, and the samples of what we picked out for our rustic bathroom can be seen in the final pictures. Immediately below is a 'during the process' photo, where the old pink tile floor can be seen.

And below, again, is the rustic 'Cabin/Gone Fishin' decor.
And finally, the flooring we now have installed, next to the small rug we use by the sink vanity.
Oops - First, we have the Quality Inspector - he was giving things the 'once over' before the final 'glue down'! Now for the final pictures - -
Mr. Wonderful's next project is nearly halfway finished, which is: building a hearth for our corn stove. This will involve some woodworking with beautiful oak boards and setting tile, once he decides on the color and style he wishes to use.

If you would like to join in the meme this week, please set up your posting and link in to Mr. Linky, below. Be sure to visit the others that might be posting here today, and leave a comment on their site before you leave!
Thanks - and have a good weekend!

I just posted about the same thing as you did but with less words! lol I can't seem to get any of my pictures to upload again either! I think it is from the Hurricane out there. My internet connection is from satellite. I do have a few post that I have ready for some family tree stuff that I did a while back and just haven't posted because I would like to have a little more information before I post. I just don't know???

I can't wait to see your new bathroom!

Hugs,
Angela

Now what in heavens name is a corn stove????
This might sound "corny" but is it a stove to heat water to put in a denture box to soak ones dentures?
If thats what it is ...then girl you should have put it in the bathroom....
I can hardly wait to see the pictures of the lovely famous bathroom...
With all the GETRDONE projects over here ....can I make an appointment with Mr. Wonderful?
I'm going to try to post today...wish me luck!

Well I hope the 'insepctor' approved of Bob's job.

A+ from me. I have always wanted wodden floors. The decorations are quite nice and rustic to go with the cabin motif.

Great job.
