Tuesdays' Show & Tail - Animal Chiropractics

I'm joining in on Tuesday's Show & Tail at Angela's West Virginia's Treasures. If you have a cute story and picture of a pet, or any furry (or non-furry) friend, you are welcome to join in! Please check out the rules at her blog, and WELCOME!
A new trend used in health care and healing of animals is Chiropractics. If you have never heard of it before, it has been around for a while. When I lived in Illinois there were only two Doctors practicing on animals in our area back then. To be able to enroll in classes, one had to be either a Veterinarian, or a Chiropractor. It isn't something you can just "do". Chiropractics in humans has been successful for many different ills, so it stands to reason it should work in animal health care. Here is a story in PICTURES!

Make it a GREAT DAY!

How cool is that! Who would have thought that they can do that to a horse! Hope it helped her!

Amazing! I had no idea that anyone did this.
The animals probably respond as well or better than humans do because they don't have expectations of the outcome.
Very interesting....

Monica I have to say that was really cool. Did she feel better afterwards? How I would love an adjustment and massage.

Thanks for sharing.

I say, if if works for humans it should work for animals, too. Of course it might be hard for them to tell the vet where it hurts. I think horses are so pretty, one of our neighbors has three in the field in front of our house,I like to watch them.
