Three Cheers for Dr. Seuss! Even thought he is not with us any longer, Dr Seuss is still a favorite among many. We've listened to his poems, or read them to our children, for decades, and his works still remain popular. I was curious to find out if he had any writings that we had not heard, so did a search. I discovered he had lived through troubled times like the world is now going through.
The short text below comes from Dr. Seuss' (Ted Seuss Geisel) life in the 30's while the depression, at THAT time, still held America in its grips. It was a 4 page illustrated novelette that was never published. Read these lines, but take heart - History repeats itself - things WILL improve!
